Australian Aborigines used the bark to make tea for centuries, then, as the oil got its name. Over time, people who have visited Australia heard about the oil and its benefits, but it was only in recent years that this oil has moved to Australia. Today, this oil is well known for its use in aromatherapy and natural medicine, because of the low toxicity and the ability to use non-diluted in a carrier oil. As is well known to the essential oils used in aromatherapy, which should not be used directly in the skin, but this can be done with the tea tree oil, and in fact is very useful in the treatment of a variety of skin conditions when they are applied undiluted.
Tea Tree Oil regenerates cells, and has superior efficacy to any other existing or antiseptic disinfectant and should always be at home to treat the wounds with lavender oil.
